Faculty Diversity Action Plan Committee
The enhancement of the diversity and inclusivity of Einstein faculty, leadership and students requires a focused effort and action plan. Einstein has established a committee of senior faculty, and graduate students who along with the Dean, will establish a roadmap, suggest initiatives and provide oversight of the recruitment processes for faculty and students underrepresented in medicine and biomedical sciences. This committee would be advisory to the Dean and reports regularly to the Diversity Council.
