Dra. Carmencita C. Vicencio

Carmencita C. Vicencio, MD is a board certified adult psychiatrist, with additional board certification in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Her clinical practice in the community, includes comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and treatment of adults, adolescents and children, and providing psychotherapeutic intervention to the family, whenever indicated. She has special interests in Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Childhood Anxiety and Mood Disorders and Integrated Treatment of Mental Illness and Primary Care. She enjoys teaching and is actively involve in the clinical rotation of medical students at Montefiore Behavioral Health Center. 

Dr. Vicencio completed her residency training in Psychiatry at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. She is a Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association and of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
