Nitya Abraham, MD, Associate Professor, Urology, specializes in the treatment of men and women with voiding dysfunction and diseases of the pelvic floor. A summa cum laude graduate of the University of Connecticut, Dr. Abraham obtained her MD degree as well as her surgical and urology residency training at New York University. Dr. Abraham completed fellowship training in female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery at Cleveland Clinic. Dr. Abraham is the recipient of the Doris Duke Clinical Research Fellowship, the International Volunteers in Urology and Medicine Traveling Resident Scholar Award to Uganda, and the 2015 Clinical Science Essay Competition Winner sponsored by the Society for Urodynamics and Female Pelvic Medicine, and Urogenital Reconstruction.
