Born in Guyana, Dr. Indrani Persaud graduated from the Institute Superior de Ciencias Medicas in Havana. After graduation, she returned to Guyana to work as a house officer at two of the country's hospitals spanning a 12-year career. Dr. Persaud completed four years of osteopathic medicine at New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine, and has interests in outpatient primary care. She is fluent in Spanish.
