All full-time faculty at Albert Einstein College of Medicine's major sites participate in the faculty annual review program, a self-assessment and feedback process, where you have an opportunity to highlight your accomplishments, develop goals, and assess your progress toward promotion or tenure, if applicable. In addition to this formal review process, all teaching faculty receive regular assessments from students of your teaching performance. All annual review and student teaching evaluations are documented and centrally tracked in the Einstein Faculty Feedback Portal and the Teaching Evaluation Portal (AD credentials required).
