Innovation Training Pathway Motivated residents with a strong interest in health technology innovations are encouraged to apply to the Montefiore Innovation Training Pathway. This is a rigorous one-year program with a structured curriculum and the expectation that you will complete and present an innovative product at the end of the year. An example of a completed project is a phone app which helps diabetics manage their care.
