The six-week Summer Undergraduate Mentorship Program (SUMP) offers students from underrepresented groups in medicine and/or economically disadvantaged backgrounds the opportunity for exposure to the realities and options within the medical profession through shadowing a doctor, medical lectures, hands-on workshop participation, and research with research mentor and medical librarians at Einstein.
