Graciela J. Soto, M.D., M.S.

Dr. Graciela Soto is a critical care medicine specialist, academic, educator, and researcher with extensive clinical leadership experience. Alongside her clinical and faculty responsibilities, she serves as a Faculty Advisor for Einstein’s Learning Communities Program (ELCP), mentoring future medical professionals. Her academic interests span clinical research methods, public health education, and healthcare delivery systems. A CRTP graduate, she focuses on health equity, critical care outcomes, and pediatric and adolescent health metrics. She also mentors high school and college students across the region, guiding their research projects.

Dr. Soto also maintains an active international presence in global health advocacy, policy development, and digital health literacy. Working within United Nations and WHO frameworks, she serves as UN Liaison and Global Strategy Lead for two NGOs that mentor and empower youth from the Global South to participate in leadership town halls and high-level sessions at UN headquarters in New York and Geneva.

Dr. Soto is an active member and chair across multiple UN-affiliated working groups and international non-profits shaping ethical AI applications and data-driven policies in maternal and public health to reduce maternal mortality in vulnerable populations and low- and middle-income countries.
