Research project summary:

Our lab have focused its interest on autophagy and T cell function for the last decade. My initial studies in that field focused more specifically on the regulation of macroautophagy and T cell function. We have notably found, that following T cell activation, common-gamma chain receptor cytokines are require to induce and maintain hight autophagy rate which is require for proper T cell function.

currently we are investigating the consequences of autophagy-deficient T cell in non-lymphoid organs in mice models.

We are also exploring the discovery of new autophagy regulators.
