The discovery and testing of novel therapeutic agents for the treatment of cancer stem cell-derived diseases, including, myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) and acute myeloid leukemia (AML). Ex vivo and in vivo modeling of cancer/leukemia initiation and progression, ex vivo and in vivo drug efficacy and safety testing.
