Dr. Monica Koncicki, MD FAAP is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics.

Dr. Koncicki is the program director for the pediatric critical care fellowship at the Children's Hospital at Montefiore. Her research interests include optimizing outcomes for children with chronic critical illness and chronic respiratory failure with technology dependence. She has also participated in national studies regarding MIS-C.

Dr. Koncicki received her BS in biology (summa cum laude) from The College of New Jersey. She received her MD from Rutgers New Jersey Medical School, during which time she was inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha. 

She completed her pediatrics residency at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia followed by her pediatric critical care fellowship at the Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital of New York-Presbyterian - Columbia University. She received the New York-Presbyterian Physician of the Year award in 2015.
