Clubs & Interest Groups
Albert Einstein College of Medicine hosts more than 90 clubs and interest groups for M.D. students, Ph.D. students, and postdoctoral fellows. Funded through our student governing board, they provide opportunities to meet peers who have similar interests, delve deeper into clinical and scholarly areas of interest, discuss and influence healthcare policy, and more.
The many general interest clubs and activities available at Einstein range from dance to gardening, running to table-top gaming, vocal performance, and many more. In addition to general interest clubs, Einstein is proud to host a variety of student groups that contribute to our vibrant community of inclusion, including the Armenian Student Association, Carol E. Burnett Black Student Union, the Latino Medical Student Association, the Minority Scientist Association, the Muslim Student Association, the South Asian Medical Student Association, White Coats for Black Lives, and several groups for the LGBTQ+ community and women in science and medicine.
The office of student life works with Einstein’s student governing board and club leaders to develop policies, track club activities, and plan programming. If you have questions about how to start a club or interest group or need information about hosting a student event on campus, please contact us at student-life@einsteinmed.edu or 718-430-2101 .
