Get ready for a day of celebration at the Match Day ceremony at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Match Day is the culmination of four years of M.D. training, when Einstein M.D. students learn where they matched for their residency. A moment of anticipation, joy, camaraderie, and shared accomplishment, this is when we come together to cheer for our students and mark this milestone in their journey towards becoming healthcare professionals. Match Day takes place every year on the third Friday of March. Einstein’s event takes place on campus. The day includes taking a class photo, welcome remarks from deans and alumni, a countdown, and the opening of envelopes that contain your match at noon. We welcome family and friends to join us as we unveil the destinations and specialties of our future physicians.
