Oscar M. Valderrama Torres
<p>Oscar M. Valderrama Torres, MD, is an attending physician at Montefiore Einstein and Assistant Professor, Medicine at our Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Dr. Valderrama provides geriatric and palliative care for home-bound older adults, leading a Geriatric Home Visit program. He focuses on outpatient preoperative assessment for patients admitted to the joint replacement center at Montefiore Wakefield. As a member of the Montefiore Einstein Center for the Aging Brain, Dr. Valderrama conducts comprehensive geriatric assessments for patients with cognitive complaints.</p><p>After earning his Doctor of Medicine at Cayetano Heredia University in Lima, Peru in 2008, Dr. Valderrama moved to the United States to continue his medical training. He completed a research fellowship at Moffitt Cancer Center's Genitourinary Oncology Program in 2014. He later completed his internal medicine residency at New York University Langone Health in 2021, followed by a geriatric fellowship at Montefiore Einstein in 2022.</p><p>Dr. Valderrama’s research focuses on home-bound older adults. His work has been published in peer-reviewed journal articles, abstracts and book chapters. He has also shared his work through national and international poster presentations.</p><p>Dr. Valderrama is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Geriatric Medicine. He is a member of the American Geriatrics Society and the American Academy of Home Care Medicine. He is fluent in Spanish.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Dr. Stark is the Vice President and Chief Medical Officer of the Montefiore Care Management Organization and Montefiore Health System’s Office of Community and Population Health. In this role, she provides physician leadership in the development, implementation, and supervision of the CMO’s population health, care management, utilization management, and quality programs and provides leadership to the Office of Community and Population Health community outreach, health education and social needs screening and navigation activities. Additionally, she co-leads the Montefiore Health System Skilled Nursing Facility Collaborative. Dr. Stark is an Associate Professor of Medicine, Division of Geriatrics and Family and Social Medicine, Division of Palliative Care at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. She is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, Hospice and Palliative Care Medicine. </p>

Anna Skokowska-Lebelt
<p>Dr. Lebelt obtained her medical degree in Medical Academy in Bialystok, Poland. In the US, she finished her Internal Medicine residency at Our Lady of Mercy Medical Center through New York Medical College. Her residency was followed up with a fellowship in Geriatric Medicine at the same institution.</p><p>Dr. Lebelt becamea faculty attending at Our Lady of Mercy Medical Center (currently Montefiore Medical Center, Wakefield Campus) in 2002. She is involved in teaching and supervising medical students, residents and fellows in Geriatric Medicine at the Wakefield Campus, long term care facilities and clinics.</p>
Robin O. Russell
<p class="MsoNormal">Dr. Robin O. Russell obtained his M.D. from the University of New Mexico. He would complete his Medicine Residency and Nephrology Fellowship at Harlem Hospital Center in New York. He would go on to serve as a nephrology attending at Lincoln and Misericordia Hospitals, before a lengthy stint as Medical Director of Hemodialysis at Terrance Cardinal Cooke Health Care Center from 1992 to 2010. Since 1990, he had been increasingly active in the Geriatric Medicine Teaching Program at Our Lady of Mercy Medical Center, now the Wakefield Campus of Montefiore Medical Center.</p><p class="MsoNormal">Dr. Russell's major interests have been inpatient, outpatient and long-term care geriatric medicine, all in the setting of a large geriatric medicine fellowship program. He continues to have a special interest in renal disease in the geriatric population.</p><p class="MsoNormal"> </p>
Randi R. Rothbaum
<p>Dr. Rothbaum started her medical career after graduating from the AT Still University School of Osteopathic of Medicine in Arizona. She completed a residency in internal medicine at Mount Sinai St. Luke's/Mount Sinai West. Afterwards, she completed a fellowship in geriatrics at the Harvard Medical School Multi-Campus Geriatric Fellowship in Boston, Massachusetts. She is board certified in Internal Medicine and Geriatrics. </p>
