Resources Alumni Email Access Upon graduation, your Einstein email account will automatically transition to an alumni account. Your new email address will use the domain @alumni.einsteinmed.edu. Key Information to Ensure a Smooth Transition: Email Format: Your username remains unchanged. For example, first.last@einsteinmed.edu will become first.last@alumni.einsteinmed.edu. Password: Your current password will remain the same. Email-Only Access: After graduation, you will retain access only to your email mailbox.
