Quantification of ~200 metabolites using LC/MS/MS and untargeted GC/TOF-MS

This assay combines Module 7 with Module 10, and includes quantitation of 20 amino acids, 40+ acyl carnitines, ~100 glycerophospholipids and sphingolipids. For examples of this module’s utility for Core customers, see:
