Module #3

Glycolysis, Pentose Phosphate and TCA Metabolites   

This LC/MS/MS module measures 17 metabolites, several which cannot be detected by GC/MS (see Module 7), such as fructose 1,6,bisphosphate, phosphoenolpyruvate and uridine diphosphoglucose (UDPG), with a standard curve for each of the metabolites for absolute quantification.
