<p>Jenna Scholnick, MD, is an attending physician, Pediatrics at Children&rsquo;s Hospital at Montefiore Einstein and Assistant Professor, Pediatrics and Family/Social Medicine at our Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Dr. Scholnick&rsquo;s clinical focus is on outpatient pediatric care. She has also been a faculty member in our Residency Program for Social Pediatrics since 2011 and teaches and mentors residents.</p><p>After completing her Bachelor of Arts in economics and psychology at Tufts University in 1994, Dr. Scholnick attended Harvard University Extension School, completing her premedical sciences diploma in 1997. She then came to Einstein for her medical education, earning her Doctor of Medicine in 2001. <p>Miriam Schechter, MD, is Director, Medical Student Education at the Children&rsquo;s Hospital at Montefiore and Associate Professor of Pediatrics at our Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Her clinical focus is in general pediatrics, and she has multiple roles in the education and training of medical students and residents.</p><p>After receiving her Bachelor of Arts in Biomedical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University in 1985, Dr. Schechter attended New York University School of Medicine, earning her Doctor of Medicine in 1989. She pursued her postgraduate training at Mount Sinai Medical Center, completing her residency and chief residency in 1993.</p><p>Dr. Schechter&rsquo;s research focuses on medical student education, particularly ways to enhance clinical reasoning, problem-based learning and communication skills in pediatric settings.</p><p>Dr. Schechter has been recognized with listings in Castle Connolly Top Doctors: New York Metro Area and <em>New York Times Magazine</em>&rsquo;s New York Super Doctors. <p>Dr. Michael L. Rinke, MD, PhD, MBA is the Vice President and Chief Quality Officer for Montefiore Medical Center and Director of Dissemination and Implementation Science and a Professor of Pediatrics at The Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Dr. Rinke&rsquo;s research focuses on the application of behavior change techniques and implementation science to improve the quality of care delivered to children in both the inpatient and ambulatory settings.</p>
<p><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; letter-spacing: 0.15pt;">Dr. Rinke was the PI on his 3^rd AHRQ R01 grant (R01HS026239) investigating how to ensure every child receives guideline compliant and timely hypertension diagnosis and management. He was previously PI on two AHRQ R01 grants (R01HS24432 &amp; R01HS023608) examining multiple pediatric ambulatory healthcare-associated infections and the effects of a national quality improvement collaborative on ambulatory pediatric diagnostic errors. He is corresponding-PI on an AHRQ Learning Healthcare System training K12 grant (K12HS026396) and co-investigator on the Einstein Clinical and Translational Science Award (UL1TR001073) as co-Director of the Health Research and Implementation Core. Dr. Rinke has extensive experience leading quality improvement collaboratives, publishing rigorous dissemination and implementation science, and successfully directing large research teams.&nbsp;</span></p>

Dr. Rinke is a pediatric hospital medicine physician, specializing in caring for children admitted to the hospital.</p><p>After obtaining his Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University in 1999, Dr. Rinke earned his Doctor of Medicine at Johns Hopkins University in 2007. He remained at Johns Hopkins to complete his pediatric internship and residency in 2010 and his Doctor of Philosophy in clinical investigation in 2013. Biography

<p>Suzette Oyeku, MD, MPH, is a general pediatrician and health services researcher. She is Associate Division Chief for Academic Affairs within the division of general pediatrics at CHAM. In this capacity, she oversees a broad array of activities, including stewardship of divisional research initiatives and faculty development activities.</p><p>In addition to general pediatrics, Dr. Oyeku has particular interest in Quality Improvement, sickle cell disease, and faculty development and community education activities.</p><p>Since 2008, Dr. Oyeku has served as Co-Director of Pediatric Grand Rounds at CHAM.</p><p>Dr. Oyeku received her MD from NYU School of Medicine and her MPH from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. She completed her residency at the Boston Combined Residency Program in Pediatrics, Department of Medicine, Boston Children's Hospital and Department of Pediatrics, Boston Medical Center.</p><p>She also completed a Harvard Pediatric Health Services Research Fellowship Program at Boston Children's Hospital.</p><p>Dr. Oyeku was a recipient of the Dean&rsquo;s Award for Community Service from Harvard Medical School.</p>

<p>Sylvia W. Lim, MD, is Associate Professor, Clinical Pediatrics, Albert Einstein College of Medicine, and Attending Physician, Children's Hospital at Montefiore. She is also the Associate Director of the Academic General Pediatrics Fellowship. Dr. Lim is a general pediatrician who has a special interest in adolescents. For the past 12 years, she has served as the Medical Director of the Teen Parenting/Teen-Toddler Program.</p><p>Dr. Lim earned a bachelor of science degree from the Sophie Davis School of Biomedical Education at the City University of New York, and her medical degree from New York University. She completed pediatric residency and General Academic Pediatrics Fellowship at New York University Medical Center.</p><p>Dr. Lim's areas of research include adolescent reproductive health, sexually transmitted diseases, and adolescent mental health.
