<p>Dr. Serena Roth is a general internist with a special interest in the management of patients with chronic pain. She completed a medical degree at NYU School of Medicine and a Primary Care/Internal Medicine residency at the University of Pennsylvania. Following residency, she conducted tuberculosis research in Bangkok, Thailand at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).&nbsp;<br /><br />Dr. Roth joined the Montefiore Einstein Division of General Internal Medicine in 2011 as a clinician educator. She is active in medical student and resident education, especially regarding chronic pain and opioids. <p>Jing-Yu Pan was born in Shanghai, China and moved at the age of 4 to Nutley, NJ, where she lived until she graduated from high school.&nbsp; She attended Wellesley College, graduated with a BA in neuroscience, and worked in Alzheimer&rsquo;s research between college and medical school.&nbsp; Jing went to UMDNJ - Robert Wood Johnson Medical School (now Rutgers Medical School) in Piscataway, NJ for medical school.&nbsp; She went on to Internal Medicine Residency at Montefiore Medical Center where her ambulatory clinic was based at the Family Care Center. After residency, Jing was hired as an Attending Hospitalist at San Francisco General Hospital, where in additional to doing direct clinical care, she also taught medical students and residents from UCSF.&nbsp; After working there for approximately 4 years, she returned to Montefiore Medical Center to work as a Clinician-Educator in PAC.&nbsp; Since returning to Montefiore, she has done both medical student and resident teaching.&nbsp; During the 2018-2019 academic year, she was the 3<sup>rd</sup> year Medicine Clerkship site director at Moses.&nbsp; Her major academic interests including:&nbsp; teaching clinical reasoning and the medical treatment of obesity.&nbsp; Outside of medicine, she enjoys eating/cooking, travel, reading with her book club, socializing, and skiing.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Dr. Sandra Oza completed her undergraduate degree at Princeton University and received her MD from the New York University School of Medicine, followed by internship and residency training in the primary care/internal medicine program at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. She then completed a two-year Clinician Educator fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco, during which time she received her Master&rsquo;s degree in Education from the University of California, Berkeley, and then stayed on as faculty at UCSF for two years. &nbsp;She joined the faculty at Einstein in October 2015.</p>
<p>Dr. Oza's clinical practice is in general internal medicine at &nbsp;the Montefiore Family Care Center. <p>Dr. Felise Milan is currently a Professor of Clinical Medicine, the Director of the Ruth L. Gottesman Clinical Skills Center, and the Director of the Introduction to Clinical Medicine Programs for pre-clerkship medical students at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. She also directs the 4th-year Clinical Skills Assessment and Review Programs. Dr. Milan&rsquo;s academic She is chair of the Competency Based Medical Education (CBME) Student Assessment Committee. &nbsp;</p>

<p>Dr. Milan received her medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, and completed her residency training (in Primary Care Internal Medicine) and fellowship (in Psychosocial Medicine) at Brown University. <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 8pt; line-height: normal; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #373a3c;">Tiffany Lu, MD, MS is an Associate Professor of Medicine and Psychiatry at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in Bronx, New York. She joined New York City Health &amp; Hospitals/Jacobi in 2024 as Associate Director of Addiction Services, where she is currently focused on developing a hospital-based opioid treatment program and integrating harm reduction practices in caring for people with substance use disorders.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 8pt; line-height: normal; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #373a3c;">Prior to joining Jacobi, Dr Lu was the&nbsp;Medical Director of Montefiore Medical Center&rsquo;s Buprenorphine Treatment Network, where she led the implementation of primary care-based opioid use disorder treatment across 7 community health centers and founded the Addiction Medicine &lsquo;Bridge&rsquo; Clinic to provide coordinated care people with substance use disorders. Dr. Lu was also Principal Investigator of several federal and municipal grants, including the SAMHSA award to expand addiction education for medical students and residents at Einstein and NYC Department of Health contracts to implement addiction nurse care management in primary care clinics at Montefiore.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 8pt; line-height: normal; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #373a3c;">Dr. Lu graduated from the University of California in San Francisco School of Medicine and the Primary Care Internal Medicine Residency Program at Massachusetts General Hospital. She holds a Masters of Science in Clinical Research Methods from Albert Einstein College of Medicine. She is board certified in Internal Medicine and Addiction Medicine, and is active with the American Society of Addiction Medicine as an elected member of the Quality Improvement Council and Education Committee Chair for the state chapter.</span></p>
