Our growing network includes over 35 partner practices throughout the Bronx and lower Westchester
County. These practices are comprised of a diverse spectrum of provider specialties within primary
care, including family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, and obstetrics/gynecology. Our
network practices include federally qualified health centers (FQHCs), faculty practices, and
dedicated teaching sites for medical students and residents, with substantial proportions of
uninsured or publicly insured patients.
