Start: A Social Ecological Approach
(National Institutes of Health, 2015-2020) This project includes a cluster randomized
controlled trial of interventions to promote healthy sleep, and a pilot test of
screening for sleep problems. Head Start sets aside > 10% of enrollment for
children with disabilities.

Expanding Surveillance of Sleep Problems and Risk Factors for
Speech Language Impairment in Young Children (American Sleep Medicine Foundation, 2016-2018) This study will
assess the prevalence of behavioral sleep problems and sleep-disordered
breathing in children by RFK CERC speech-language pathologists.
