Survey: Hopes and Worries for 2017
(Core UCEDD grant) In Fall 2017, we fielded a
survey of parent’s hopes and worries for their children, compared to a year
ago. Libraries, schools, child care centers, etc. are distributing the survey.

Early
Intervention (EI): Statewide Improvement-We are collaborating with New York State’s two other
UCEDDs to improve family satisfaction and increase family engagement with the
Early Intervention Program. We are convening ‘Learning Collaboratives’ for
“Plan-Do-Study-Act” activities. We plan to work directly with agency members
within the collaborative to develop 'best practice' guidelines to be
implemented statewide at the conclusion of thsi project.

integrated primary and mental health care on emergency room use for persons
