Configuración del premio The grants cycle is split into 2 sections, commonly known as Pre-Award (or proposal phase) and Post-Award (or award phase). Congratulations! Your funding has been approved! Prior to Award Set-Up It is Einstein’s policy that prior to Award Set-Up, ALL grant proposals must be created and approved in Cayuse, regardless of sponsor. The Research Finance Award Set-Up team will receive your NIH Notice of Award (NOA) directly by email and the PI can also view it through eRA Commons. Other award letters and incoming subcontract agreements should be emailed to the Award Set-Up team at RF.AwardSetup@einsteinmed.edu for processing. The PI and DA must carefully review the NOA/ agreement prior to the institution accepting the award in order to understand the terms and conditions. Click here for more information on the NIH award process, accepting the award, and compliance with the terms and conditions. Once your project is set up in Banner and Cayuse, you will receive an email from the Award Set-Up team with your new grant/ fund number, budget, and additional instructions.
