Dr. Rosenstreich completed medical school at NYU School of Medicine and an internal medicine residency at the Bronx Municipal Hospital Center. David L. Rosenstreich, MD, is Director, Allergy and Immunology and Professor, Medicine at Montefiore Einstein. His clinical focus centers on allergic skin diseases, chronic sinusitis and asthma.After obtaining his Bachelor of Science from The City College of New York in 1963, Dr. Rosenstreich earned his Doctor of Medicine from New York University School of Medicine in 1967. He completed his residency in medicine at Einstein in 1969 before becoming a Clinical Associate at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease, National Institutes of Health until 1971. Dr. Rosenstreich became a Senior Staff Associate until 1972 before moving to the National Institute of Dental Research, National Institutes of Health, where he was Senior Investigator until 1980.Building on his clinical focus, Dr. Rosenstreich’s research focuses on the relationship between decreased allergic capacity (immunoglobulin E deficiency) and susceptibility for developing a malignancy. His work has been published in 159 peer-reviewed papers, 64 invited articles and 4 edited books/monographs. Dr. Rosenstreich has been an editor for several scientific journals, such as the Journal of Immunology, Infection and Immunity and Annals of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology.Dr. Rosenstreich is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Allergy and Immunology. Dr. Michael L. Rinke, MD, PhD, MBA is the Vice President and Chief Quality Officer for Montefiore Medical Center and Director of Dissemination and Implementation Science and a Professor of Pediatrics at The Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Dr. Rinke’s research focuses on the application of behavior change techniques and implementation science to improve the quality of care delivered to children in both the inpatient and ambulatory settings.
Dr. Rinke was the PI on his 3rd AHRQ R01 grant (R01HS026239) investigating how to ensure every child receives guideline compliant and timely hypertension diagnosis and management. He was previously PI on two AHRQ R01 grants (R01HS24432 & R01HS023608) examining multiple pediatric ambulatory healthcare-associated infections and the effects of a national quality improvement collaborative on ambulatory pediatric diagnostic errors. He is corresponding-PI on an AHRQ Learning Healthcare System training K12 grant (K12HS026396) and co-investigator on the Einstein Clinical and Translational Science Award (UL1TR001073) as co-Director of the Health Research and Implementation Core. Dr. Rinke has extensive experience leading quality improvement collaboratives, publishing rigorous dissemination and implementation science, and successfully directing large research teams. 
Dr. Rinke completed his medical and pediatric residency training at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. He received his Doctorate in Clinical Investigation from the Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health and his Master of Business Administration at Marist College.

Marina Reznik, MD, MS, is Attending Physician at Children’s Hospital at Montefiore and Professor of Pediatrics at our Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Her clinical focus is on pediatrics.In 1995, Dr. Reznik earned her Bachelor of Arts from Brooklyn College of the City University of New York. She then attended the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, receiving her Doctor of Medicine in 2000. Dr. Reddy earned her medical degree from Padmashree Dr. D. Y. Patil Medical College, India. She completed a master's degree in clinical epidemiology from Boston University School of Public Health prior to starting her Internal Medicine Residency training at Boston University Medical Center. Her post-graduate training also included a Fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine from Boston University Medical Center with a particular focus on pulmonary infections and associated lung destruction.  
Research Interests:
Dr. Reddy has been involved in several patient-oriented research projects in pulmonary infections. As an investigator in the Regional Prospective Observational Research in Tuberculosis (RePORT) cohort in Puducherry and Tamil Nadu, India her work focused on the impact of smoking and biomass fuel use on TB Disease and its treatment outcomes. She is currently developing a database of patients with non-tuberculous mycobacterial infections seen at Montefiore Medical Center in collaboration with the Division of Infectious Diseases. The goal of this project is to better characterize the natural history and clinical outcomes of these infections.  She is also involved in the Women’s Interagency HIV Study (WIHS) as the Bronx site pulmonologist and co-investigator to assess the impact of HIV on the development of chronic lung diseases.

Divya Reddy, MD, MPH, is Program Director, Pulmonary and Critical Care Fellowship and Associate Professor, Medicine at Montefiore Einstein. Patil Medical College in Mumbai, India in 2006, Dr. Reddy moved to the United States to continue her medical training, earning her Master of Public Health at Boston University in 2008. She remained there to complete her internal medicine internship in 2009, followed by her internal medicine residency in 2011. Dr. Reddy then completed a pulmonary and critical care fellowship at Boston University in 2014.Building on her clinical experience, Dr. Reddy’s research is focused on bronchiectasis and nontuberculous mycobacterial infections. She has been principal investigator and co-investigator on several funded research projects, and her work has been published in numerous peer-reviewed journals, book chapters, review articles and abstracts. She has also given national and international invited presentations, and is a reviewer for scientific journals including the Journal of American Geriatric Society, Annals of American Thoracic Society and the Journal of Infectious & Non-Infectious Diseases, among others.Dr. Reddy is board certified in Pulmonary Medicine and Critical Care Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Professional Interests

Dr. Oyeku is Chief of the Division of Academic General Pediatrics at the Children’s Hospital at Montefiore (CHAM). She is also Professor of Pediatrics at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Dr. Oyeku manages the clinical, research, advocacy and educational missions of the division in addition to being responsible for faculty and staff development. 
Dr. Oyeku is a general pediatrician with expertise in health services research, implementation science and the use of quality improvement methods to disseminate effective care strategies and improve care and patient outcomes for children with chronic diseases such as sickle cell disease. Dr. Oyeku’s clinical activities are focused on providing pediatric primary care and inpatient care at Children’s Hospital at Montefiore. Dr. Oyeku also has expertise providing specialized care to children and adolescents with sickle cell disease.
Dr. Oyeku’ s research activities are focused on understanding health services utilization patterns and improving the quality of care for children and adolescents with sickle cell disease. Dr. Oyeku also serves as Medical Director for the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) funded Sickle Cell Disease Treatment Demonstration Program National Coordinating Center at the National Institute for Children’s Health Quality (NICHQ). On a regional and national level, Dr. Oyeku has also served on advisory panels and committees focused on sickle cell disease and improving healthcare quality for children and adolescents. She completed a three year term as the Treasurer for the Academic Pediatrics Association, a professional society representing 2,000 child health providers in the US.
She holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biomedicine from the Sophie Davis School of Biomedical Education at the City College of New York. Dr. Oyeku received her medical degree from the New York University School of Medicine and completed her pediatric residency training at the Boston Combined Residency Program in Pediatrics at Boston Medical Center and Boston Children’s Hospital. Dr. Oyeku also completed fellowship training at the Harvard Pediatric Health Services Research Fellowship program at Boston Children’s Hospital. She received her Master’s degree in Public Health with a concentration in clinical effectiveness at the Harvard School of Public Health.  She is also a graduate of the Hedwig van Ameringen Executive Leadership in Academic Medicine (ELAM), a program of Drexel University College of Medicine. Dr. Oyeku is also actively engaged in community education activities and serves as an ordained deacon at Grace Baptist Church in Mount Vernon, NY.

Biography

Suzette Oyeku, MD, MPH, is a general pediatrician and health services researcher. She is Associate Division Chief for Academic Affairs within the division of general pediatrics at CHAM. In this capacity, she oversees a broad array of activities, including stewardship of divisional research initiatives and faculty development activities.In addition to general pediatrics, Dr. Oyeku has particular interest in Quality Improvement, sickle cell disease, and faculty development and community education activities.Since 2008, Dr. Oyeku has served as Co-Director of Pediatric Grand Rounds at CHAM.Dr. Oyeku received her MD from NYU School of Medicine and her MPH from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. She completed her residency at the Boston Combined Residency Program in Pediatrics, Department of Medicine, Boston Children's Hospital and Department of Pediatrics, Boston Medical Center.She also completed a Harvard Pediatric Health Services Research Fellowship Program at Boston Children's Hospital.Dr. Oyeku was a recipient of the Dean’s Award for Community Service from Harvard Medical School.
