Scher, MD, is an Attending Vascular Surgeon at Montefiore and Professor of Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He was previously Chief of the Division of Vascular Surgery at North Shore University Hospital. Dr. Scher is a Founding Member of the Vascular Access Society of the Americas, Past President of the New York Society for Vascular Surgery and Director of the Hemodialysis Access Session at the annual VEITHsymposium.</p>
