Rinke, MD, PhD, MBA is the Vice President and Chief Quality Officer for Montefiore Medical Center and Director of Dissemination and Implementation Science and a Professor of Pediatrics at The Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He was previously PI on two AHRQ R01 grants (R01HS24432 &amp; R01HS023608) examining multiple pediatric ambulatory healthcare-associated infections and the effects of a national quality improvement collaborative on ambulatory pediatric diagnostic errors. He is corresponding-PI on an AHRQ Learning Healthcare System training K12 grant (K12HS026396) and co-investigator on the Einstein Clinical and Translational Science Award (UL1TR001073) as co-Director of the Health Research and Implementation Core. Dr. Rinke has extensive experience leading quality improvement collaboratives, publishing rigorous dissemination and implementation science, and successfully directing large research teams.&nbsp;</span></p>

<p>Michael L. Rinke, MD, PhD, MBA, is Professor, Pediatrics and Vice President and Chief Quality Officer at Montefiore Einstein. Dr. Rinke is a pediatric hospital medicine physician, specializing in caring for children admitted to the hospital.</p><p>After obtaining his Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University in 1999, Dr. Rinke earned his Doctor of Medicine at Johns Hopkins University in 2007. He remained at Johns Hopkins to complete his pediatric internship and residency in 2010 and his Doctor of Philosophy in clinical investigation in 2013. Dr. Rinke later went on to complete his Master of Business Administration with a healthcare concentration at Marist College in 2021.</p><p>Dr. Rinke&rsquo;s research focuses on the application of behavior change techniques and implementation science to improve the quality of care delivered to children in both the inpatient and ambulatory settings. Biography

<p>Suzette Oyeku, MD, MPH, is a general pediatrician and health services researcher. She is Associate Division Chief for Academic Affairs within the division of general pediatrics at CHAM. In this capacity, she oversees a broad array of activities, including stewardship of divisional research initiatives and faculty development activities.</p><p>In addition to general pediatrics, Dr. Oyeku has particular interest in Quality Improvement, sickle cell disease, and faculty development and community education activities.</p><p>Since 2008, Dr. Oyeku has served as Co-Director of Pediatric Grand Rounds at CHAM.</p><p>Dr. Oyeku received her MD from NYU School of Medicine and her MPH from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. She completed her residency at the Boston Combined Residency Program in Pediatrics, Department of Medicine, Boston Children's Hospital and Department of Pediatrics, Boston Medical Center.</p><p>She also completed a Harvard Pediatric Health Services Research Fellowship Program at Boston Children's Hospital.</p><p>Dr. Oyeku was a recipient of the Dean&rsquo;s Award for Community Service from Harvard Medical School.</p>

She completed an internship in Internal Medicine at Loyola University Health System and her Dermatology residency at Henry Ford Health System in Detroit where she also served as Chief Resident. She currently is a Professor in the Department of Medicine (Dermatology) and has served as Chief of the Division of Dermatology since 2020.</span></p>

<p>Dr. Mayers has been a Bronx pediatrician for many years. In 2011 she was recognized as one of New York City&rsquo;s best primary care doctors by <em>New York Magazine</em> and one of the premier infectious diseases specialist by <em>New York Times Magazine</em>.
