He earned his PhD degree in cardiac electrophysiology at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China. He then come to US to finish his second cardiac electrophysiology fellowship at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. </span><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; color: #222222;">Dr Zhang is now Attending Physician at Montefiore Medical Center and an Assistant Professor of Medicine at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He specializes in the treatment of complex arrhythmias, particularly in catheter ablation of atrial arrhythmias and ventricular tachycardia using cutting-edge technology. He is one of the few electrophysiologists in the country who performs these procedures without fluoroscopy, which avoids radiation exposure to both patients and staff. </span><span style="color: #222222; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: 12pt;">Dr. Zhang has an exceptional ablation experience, he completed more than 2000 ablation procedures totally.</span></p>

<p>Lili Zhang, MD, is Director, Cardio-Oncology Program and Assistant Professor, Cardiology at Montefiore Einstein. A non-invasive cardiologist and a cardiac imaging specialist, Dr. Zhang&rsquo;s clinical focus is in Cardio-Oncology, cardiomyopathy, general cardiology, echocardiography and multimodality cardiac imaging.</p><p>In 2007, Dr. Zhang earned her Doctor of Medicine degree at Peking University, Beijing, China. Further education and postdoctoral training brought her to the U.S., completing her Master of Science in Epidemiology at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health in 2011. She then came to Einstein, completing her residency in internal medicine in 2015 and her fellowship in cardiology in 2018. In 2019, Dr. Zhang completed her fellowship in Cardio-Oncology and cardiac imaging at Massachusetts General Hospital.</p><p>Dr. Zhang&rsquo;s research focuses on cardiotoxicity of cancer therapy, immune checkpoint inhibitor myocarditis, cardiovascular care and the application of multimodality imaging and machine-learning techniques in cardiovascular disease. Her research experience includes retrospective studies, prospective cohorts (ARIC and CHS), large multi-cohort consortiums (CHARGE and PAGE consortiums), randomized clinical trials (PROMISE trial), and international collaborative registries (international immune checkpoint inhibitor myocarditis registry and Global Cardio Oncology Registry). She has shared her work through more than 60 manuscripts in peer-reviewed journals and abstract publications.</p><p>Dr. Zhang is board certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease. She is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology, and is a member of the American Heart Association and the international Cardio-Oncology Society. <p>Nicole Jampol Sutton, MD, is Division Chief, Pediatric Cardiology, Director, Invasive Cardiology, Director, Pediatric Pulmonary Hypertension Program, and Interim Codirector, Pediatric Heart Center at Children&rsquo;s Hospital at Montefiore. She is also an Associate Professor of Pediatrics at Montefiore-Einstein. Dr. Sutton&rsquo;s clinical focus is on congenital heart disease, pediatric interventional cardiology, pediatric pulmonary hypertension and adult congenital heart disease.</p><p>After receiving her Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University in 1994, Dr. Sutton attended New York University Medical School, earning her Doctor of Medicine in 1998. She began her postdoctoral training with a three-year pediatric residency at NewYork-Presbyterian Morgan Stanley Children&rsquo;s Hospital, which she completed in 2001. She followed this with a cardiology fellowship at Boston Children&rsquo;s Hospital, acting as Chief Cardiology Fellow in 2004 and Senior Catheterization Fellow in 2005.</p><p>Dr. Sutton&rsquo;s research focuses on improving interventional techniques and on quality improvement in the cardiac catheterization lab, including radiation safety. <p class="MsoNormal">Theresa Serra, MD, joined the CHAM hospitalist division in 2014 after working as a pediatric hospitalist at New York Presbyterian/Lower Manhattan Hospital. Her interests include clinical research and medical education. She has conducted an IRB approved retrospective chart review examining readmission rates in pediatric patients diagnosed with osteomyelitis. Dr. Serra is currently developing a medical Spanish curriculum for faculty members in order to improve communication between patients, families and providers. Along with Courtney McNamara, MD, Dr. Serra is a co-leader of a multidisciplinary committee dedicated to standardizing and improving quality of care for patients hospitalized with the diagnosis of failure to thrive. Dr. Serra is also working on an initiative to identify vaccine delinquency in the inpatient setting through the use of SMART reports.</p> <p class="MsoNormal">Dr. Serra is also collaborating with Lindsey Douglas, MD, MSCR, in an IRB approved quality improvement (QI) project to improve transition-of-care communication between hospitalists and primary care providers and to facilitate the establishment of medical homes. Dr. Serra is also a member of a subcommittee that leads monthly journal clubs/case conferences for pediatric hospitalists.</p>

<p>Dr. Daphne Hsu, is one of the nation's leading experts in children's heart failure and heart transplant. Dr. Hsu has treated more than 600 children with heart failure and more than 250 children undergoing heart transplant. Past director of Pediatric Heart Failure at New York-Presbyterian Hospital, Dr. Hsu brings unique specialized medical skills, decades of experience-and extraordinary commitment-to the care of your child with complex heart disease.</p><p>When your child is being considered for a heart transplant, Dr. Hsu provides expert evaluation. Before, during and after surgery, she manages the full-spectrum, customized medical therapy-and hands-on specialized care-your child needs for successful heart transplant.</p><p>In addition to managing her busy practice, Dr. Hsu conducts ongoing clinical research and is a nationally recognized pediatric cardiologic thought-leader.</p><p>Since beginning her career in 1987, Dr. Hsu has participated in many important US multi-center studies on children's cardiomyopathies, medical and catheter-based therapy for heart disease in children and heart transplant. Dr. Hsu served on the end-point and steering committee of the only multi-centered, placebo-controlled trial studying the effect of Carvedilol in pediatric heart failure patients.</p><p>Past president and board member of the Pediatric Heart Transplant Study Group, Dr. Hsu also sits on the boards of the Pediatric Cardiomyopathy Registry and the Adult Congenital Heart Disease Committee for the American Heart Association. In addition to authoring dozens of peer-reviewed cardiologic studies (link: p. 41), Dr. Hsu reviews pediatric cardiologic-related grants for the Food and Drug Administration and the National Institutes of Health and is a member of the Sub Board of Pediatric Cardiology of the American Board of Pediatrics.</p><p>Dr. Hsu was drawn to pediatric cardiology early in her career. "I like being able to care for the sickest children," she explains. Children with heart failure "have a terrible disease," says Dr. Hsu. "You have to figure out what it is. You have to treat it quickly. And you have to do it well-and then you can follow them for the rest of their lives." Lasting relationships with her patients-and their families-are for Dr. Hsu among the most rewarding aspects her work. <p>Manoj Gupta, MBBS, MD, is an Attending Physician in the Division of Pediatric Cardiology at Children&rsquo;s Hospital at Montefiore and an Assistant Professor at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He specializes in noninvasive pediatric cardiology, with special interests in sports cardiology and congenital heart disease in young patients. Dr. Gupta joined Montefiore in 2018.</p><p>Dr. Gupta received his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery at Lokmarya Tilak Municipal Medical College, Sion Hospital in Mumbai, India in 2003. He completed a junior residency at DDU Hospital in Delhi, India from 2003 to 2004 and then completed a residency in Pediatrics in 2008 at Maharaja Agrasen Hospital. In 2009, Dr. Gupta started another residency in Pediatrics at Sparrow Hospital, Michigan State University and completed that in 2012. In 2015, he completed a fellowship in Pediatric Cardiology at Case Medical Center. </p><p>Dr. Gupta treats all cardiac conditions for inpatient, ICU and outpatients, ranging from infancy through young adults. This spans everything from complex congenital heart disease to acquired heart conditions. He has extensive teaching experience from medical students to residents at various institutions over last 10 years.</p><p>Dr. Gupta has had his clinical research work on pediatric health published in numerous journals.</p><p>Dr. Gupta is board certified in both Pediatrics and Pediatric Cardiology by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a member of numerous professional societies, including the American College of Cardiology and the American Academy of Pediatrics. </p>

<p>Jillian Connors, MD, FAAP, is a neonatologist and Assistant Professor, Pediatrics at Montefiore Einstein. Dr. Connors is a neonatal-perinatal medicine specialist, and in her clinical role, she cares for critically ill and preterm infants with a wide variety of acute and chronic healthcare needs.</p><p>After obtaining her Bachelor of Science in biology from Canisius College in 2007, Dr. Connors earned her Doctor of Medicine at the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2011. She then attended the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, where she completed her pediatric internship and residency in 2014 and became Chief Resident until 2015. Dr. Connors also completed a neonatal-perinatal fellowship at this institution in 2018.</p><p>Building on her clinical focus, Dr. Connors&rsquo; research focuses on quality improvement, simulation, neonatal nutrition and breastfeeding. Her work has been published in numerous peer-reviewed journals and abstracts.</p><p>Dr. Connors is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics in General Pediatrics and Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine.
