<p>Richard Lucariello, MD, is Clinical Director, Non-Invasive Cardiology at the Wakefield Campus of Montefiore and Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine at our Albert Einstein College of Medicine. His clinical interests include clinical cardiology, echocardiography and nuclear cardiology.</p><p>Dr. Lucariello earned his Bachelor of Science in biology at Fordham University in 1979, followed by his Doctor of Medicine at New York Medical College in 1984. He began his postdoctoral training at Westchester County Medical Center, completing a medicine internship in 1985 and a two-year medicine residency in 1987. He then completed a cardiology fellowship at St. Vincent&rsquo;s Hospital &amp; Medical Center in 1989 before returning to Westchester County Medical Center to complete a nuclear cardiology fellowship in 1990.</p><p>Following his clinical interests, Dr. Lucariello&rsquo;s research focuses primarily on echocardiography. His work has been published in peer-reviewed journals and abstracts.</p><p>Dr. Lucariello is actively involved in educating medical residents and cardiology fellows at the Wakefield campus, and was awarded the Program Director&rsquo;s Training Award for Cardiology for the 2011&ndash;2012 academic year. He is board certified and is a member of several professional organizations, including the American College of Cardiology, the American Society of Nuclear Cardiology and the American Society of Echocardiography.</p>

<p>Teresa Hsu-Walklet, PhD, is an Attending Psychologist for the Behavioral Health Integration Program (BHIP) at Children&rsquo;s Hospital at Montefiore (CHAM) and an Instructor of Pediatrics at our Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Her clinical focus is evidence-based psychotherapy with children, adolescents and families to address challenges including anxiety and mood disorders, behavioral issues, trauma, adjustment issues and parent-child relationship problems. Dr. Hsu-Walklet joined Montefiore in 2014.</p><p>Dr. Hsu-Walklet attended Northwestern University, where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. <p>Howard L. Forman, MD, is Director of Addiction Consultation Service at Montefiore and Assistant Professor at our Albert Einstein College of Medicine. His clinical interests focus on the intersection of addiction, mental health and physical illness. Dr. Forman is also a leading forensic expert who has been retained by state prosecutors, federal prosecutors, leading law firms across the country.</p><p>Dr. Forman earned his Bachelor of Arts in chemistry and environmental science at Columbia University in 2001, followed by his Doctor of Medicine at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in 2008. After interning in psychiatry at Beth Israel Medical Center from 2008 to 2009, Dr. Forman returned to Albert Einstein College of Medicine, completing a residency in psychiatry in 2012, and a fellowship in forensic psychiatry in 2013.</p><p>In addition to his areas of clinical focus, he is a nationally sought-after lecturer, and his research has been published in peer-reviewed journals and abstracts. He is also co-author of <em>Prescription Drug Abuse</em>, a book exploring the risks and controversies surrounding the issue of prescription drug abuse and misuse.&nbsp; He is the book review editor for the <em>Psychiatric Times </em>and his opinions have been featured in outlets as varied as the Rolling Stone Magazine and the New York Times.&nbsp; For several years, he was a columnist for US News and World Report.&nbsp; &nbsp;</p><p>Dr. Forman has been honored by the Albert Einstein College of Medicine with the Samuel Rosen Award for Excellence in Clinical Teaching and is a member of the Leo Davidoff Society for excellence in medical student education. He has served as co-Chair for the American Medical Association Action Team on Alcohol and Health, and as President of the Bronx District Branch of the American Psychiatric Association.
