<p>Samuel Gorstein, MD, is Director, Resident Education, Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) at the Children&rsquo;s Hospital at Montefiore Einstein (CHAM) and Assistant Professor, Pediatrics at our Albert Einstein College of Medicine. <p>Susan Duberstein, MD, is Associate Professor, Child Neurology and Pediatrics at Montefiore Einstein. Dr. Duberstein is an epileptologist with a special interest in complex care. She is the collaborating neurologist for the Linking Individual Needs of Children with Services (LINCS) clinic, which provides a &ldquo;medical home&rdquo; and family-centered care for children with chronic illnesses, multiple conditions and medical technologies. She is also the Associate Director of the Neurocutaneous Clinic, serving children with neurofibromatosis, Sturge-Weber, tuberous sclerosis complex and other neurocutaneous conditions.</p><p>After earning her Doctor of Medicine at the State University of New York Downstate Medical Center in 2008, Dr. Duberstein completed her internship and residency in pediatrics at the same institution in 2010. <p>Dr. Campbell, Program Director for the fellowship in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine and Director of the Division of Neonatology at The Children&rsquo;s Hospital at Montefiore, conducts the Low Birth Weight Infant Evaluation and Assessment Program (LEAP). She focuses on perinatal care and health services delivery, psychosocial support interventions for mothers of premature babies, perinatal ethics and collaborative decision-making, outcomes for very low birth weight infants and newborn hearing screening. She is a co-chair of the Faculty Mentoring Work Group of the Education and Faculty Support Committee at Einstein and led a faculty development initiative within the Department of Pediatrics.</p><p>A member of the National March of Dimes Bioethics Committee and NICU Family Support Project Advisory Group, Dr. Campbell also serves on the New York City and Bronx Infant Mortality Review Committees and is a co-chair of the Bronx Regional Perinatal Forum. She is a member of the Greater New York Hospital Association Perinatal Safety Collaborative Advisory Group and the National Quality Forum Perinatal Collaborative and the New York State Obstetric and Neonatal Quality Collaborative, Neonatology Expert Workgroup. Dr. Campbell also serves on the New York State Palliative Care Education and Training Council. Dr. Campbell is the recipient of the 2000 Bronx Perinatal Consortium Distinguished Clinical Care Award, the 2005 New York State Perinatal Association L. Stanley James Award and the 2009 National Perinatal Association Stan Graven Award. She has been recognized by Castle Connolly and the New York Magazine in their lists of Best Doctors.</p>

<p>Phyllis Bieri, MD, is an attending physician at Montefiore Einstein and Assistant Professor, Neurology at our Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Dr. Bieri's clinical focus centers on the accurate diagnosis of neuromuscular disease through careful history, neurologic examination and electrodiagnostic tools such as electromyography (EMG), nerve conduction study (NCS) and neuromuscular ultrasound. She sees adults and pediatric patients referred to the EMG laboratory for consultation.</p><p>After obtaining her Bachelor of Science in chemistry and biology from Antioch College in 1982, Dr. Bieri earned her Doctor of Medicine at Ohio State University in 1988. She then attended Albert Einstein College of Medicine, completing an internal medicine internship in 1989 and her neurology residency in 1992, where she was Chief Resident in her final year. Following her final year of residency, Dr. Bieri completed an EMG/neuromuscular disease fellowship at the same institution.</p><p>Dr. Bieri's research is focused on diseases that present to the EMG laboratory, including hereditary and acquired peripheral neuropathies, disorders of the anterior horn cell, myopathies, muscular dystrophies and polyradiculopathies and entrapment neuropathies. Her work has been published in numerous peer-reviewed publications, book chapters and abstracts.</p><p>Dr. Bieri is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in Neuromuscular Medicine and Neurology with added qualifications in Clinical Neurophysiology. She is also certified in Electromyography by the American Association of Neuromuscular and Electrodiagnostic Medicine. Dr. Bieri is a member of the American Academy of Neurology and the American Association of Neuromuscular and Electrodiagnostic Medicine. In 1989, she received the Leo M. Davidoff Award for excellence in teaching.</p>

<p>Aneela A. Bidiwala, MBBS, is Director, Bronchoscopy Program, Director, Neuromuscular Program and Associate Program Director, Pediatric Pulmonary Fellowship at the Children&rsquo;s Hospital at Montefiore Einstein and Associate Professor, Pediatrics at our Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Her clinical focus is on aerodigestive patients with chronic cough, neuromuscular patients with respiratory issues and sickle cell patients with respiratory issues.
</p><p>In 1995, Dr. Bidiwala completed her Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery at Jinnah Sindh Medical University in Karachi, Pakistan. She began her postgraduate training in Karachi, Pakistan, with a yearlong internship at Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Center, followed by a three-year pediatric residency at Aga Khan University Hospital. She later came to New York, completing a three-year pediatric residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in 2008. In 2012, she extended her training, taking on a pediatric pulmonology postdoctoral fellowship at Winthrop University Hospital and completing it in 2015.
</p><p>Dr. Bidiwala&rsquo;s research focuses on aerodigestive disorders and childhood interstitial lung disease. She has been principal investigator and co-investigator on research projects and has shared her research through peer-reviewed journals, book chapters, invited presentations and abstracts. She is also a reviewer for scientific journals, including<em> Pediatric Pulmonology, Pediatric Allergy, Immunology and Pulmonology</em> and <em>Therapeutic Advances in Respiratory Disease.</em></p><p>Dr. Bidiwala is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics in General Pediatrics and Pediatric Pulmonology. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, the American Thoracic Society and the American College of Chest Physicians.</p><p> </p>
