Instead of paying each semester's bill all at once, you can enroll in a TouchNet (an AD username and Einstein password are required) payment plan to make interest-free payments to Einstein over a period of months.

To enroll in an available payment plan, log in to TouchNet (an AD username and Einstein password are required), and select the "Payment Plan" tab. A one-time $45 non-refundable fee is due at enrollment. Please note that additional charges, adjustments, or payments on your student account that occur after enrollment in a payment plan may result in an adjustment to your plan.

You can grant access to a third-party payer, such as a parent or guardian, by adding them as an authorized user on TouchNet. With your consent, Einstein’s office of student finance can also bill the third party directly.

Payment and Refunds

A returned-check fee of $40 will be charged for dishonored checks, including electronic payments.

You may be eligible to receive a refund when payments from loans or scholarships that are posted to your student account exceed the balance due. Please log into MyEinstein (an AD username and Einstein password are required) to check your student account summary to confirm your refund eligibility.

You can sign up for direct deposit to receive an electronic refund for all credit balances on your student account. Direct deposit is fast, safe, and easy to set up. Once you are enrolled, refunds become available in your bank account within two-to-three business days of being processed. Follow these steps to enroll in direct deposit:

  1. Log in to TouchNet (an AD username and Einstein password are required)
  2. Select “Refunds”
  3. Enroll in two-step verification
